I have made the weird choice to read and teach Old Norse in the (quite reconstructible) pronunciation of the time it was written rather than in Modern Icelandic pronunciation. I don’t have a grievance against Icelandic, and I don’t care to convince anyone to switch, but there are reasons I do it.

Dette er en dårlig idé av så mange grunner. Det er dyrt. Folk kommer uansett til å gi faen når kjøttet de fråtser i seg blir merka usunt (eventuelt så vil heftig lobbyvirksomhet fra industrien sørge for at det merkes som sunt, og da er poenget borte). Bruk google og følg kostholdsrådene.
