I know you’re currently on a journey with this but I will say since going on an estradiol patch and taking progesterone pills (HRT) I haven’t had hot flashes in 2 months now and I was having them so constantly that wearing clothes was a nightmare. I hope you are able to get a solution soon. 🫂

Perimenostage here. Low-dose vaginal estrogen cream helps local dryness and urinary symptoms and stays mostly local. It is not for whole-body symptoms when estrogen dips in the cycle. Those hot flashes, night sweats or wiped-out spells need a systemic HRT talk with your OB-GYN.
