So just looked the Bach piece up and it conforms to my “lyrics, vocal” statement and would be considered a song. I think you may be stretching a true classical piece definition, eg "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" is not a song. But hey, call any piece, song anything you want. Won’t ruin my day. 😃
