Not sure which giants next, last year I had raspberry colored, orange and red. Here i an example of last year.

Grow things that like cooler/cold weather. Kale, spinach, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, etc. Season overlap is a bigger issue -- what do you do when your winter vegetables are still producing but it's time to start the warm weather veggies? (spring veggies usually wait)
