YTjobs is sadly a struggle to get seen on. I am struggling with both a client who will not verify videos I did work on for them (because it wasn’t my official department, even though I was asked to do it), and a client who has retroactively denied my previously verified videos because he is an ex.

Idk I largely feel dejected about finding work in the YouTube sphere anymore. My experiences make me less likely to trust employers in that realm. And it hurts that it boils down to what they say about you rather than what you did and sacrificed for those roles.

I love how YTJobs says “this keeps the system fair and transparent for everyone”. Do I not count as part of this “everyone” category? I have no options to challenge my work being denied even after it had previously been approved (for several years mind you, my ex only had it removed this year).
