I just had an encounter with #FedEx "Customer Service" in which I started out mildly inconvenienced, ready to work with FedEx to solve my problem, and by the end I was so furious that I am ready to donate money to any lobbyist wanting to tighten regulations on FedEx specifically.

My #evri courier is usually great but the depot has had one of my parcels for a week undelivered and customer support emailed to say it would be delivered yesterday but it wasn’t
