I mean it depends on what you mean by "Disney film," but if we're narrowing it all the way down to the Disney Animated Canon...probably Wish. It tried to be everything great about Disney, and instead it was everything shamelessly corporate, bland and compromised about Disney.

As has been pointed out by @tonygoldmark.bsky.social’s excellent series of videos on this film, it’s biggest problem is that it holds such disdain for Disney, but all of it is directed solely at the consumer for being so stupid and evil as to *enjoy* Disney. Its contempt is for everyday people.
