“There’s not a lot of trans people” 1% of the population is still 3.5 million people. The fact that the population is small is MORE reason to stand up to help protect them and MORE reason why loud conservative screaming about them destroying the country is ridiculous and shouldn’t be tolerated.

Two particularly notable things that stand out to me in Beth’s story: - Both her triggering infections were almost entirely asymptomatic - She is an *Olympic athlete* which leaves absolutely no room for those recurring ideas that it’s all down to “not trying hard enough” or “fear of exercise” 🙄
