Dexter Season 8: 6.5/10 What a weird season... Some interesting plot points and twists; although I didn't care for most of them. Dr. Vogel was cool, but didn't feel like a big finale character. Same with the brain surgeon. Kinda boring villain. Ending wasn't as bad as I had heard though. I did cry.

Dexter Season 7: 9/10 THEY BROUGHT BACK REAL STAKES. With Dex and Deb's relationship constantly being strained, Deb increasingly having to choose between protecting him or being a good cop, and Dexter's life catching up to him. It all culminated in a beautifully tragic finale. It's so peak.

Dexter Season 6: 6/10 Carried by occasional hype moments and aura. The villain this season was definitely one of the less interesting and intimidating ones. His twist was interesting in theory, but also brought up some questions and plotholes. Still, even at its worst, Dexter always entertains.
