As an almost 60 y\o gay former Catholic who left the church in my late teens, for many reasons. But "hatred for gays" was a large reason. Pope Francis was the first to give me hope in a long time. Then you. And now Pope Leo. People living like Jesus. Maybe there is hope. This was a beautiful sermon.
