Today was the big touristy things; Rialto bridge, Doge's Palace and the Basilica (+bell tower), followed by a more relaxing afternoon because my feet hurt. Venice is an incredible city to walk around and I feel like I did a good job seeing as much as I did in two days. I am gonna sleep well tomorrow

Days eight and nine: back in Reykjavik for the end of the trip. We detoured back south to soak in the Blue Lagoon and then spent the rest of the time sightseeing, visiting the cathedral, museums, and another superb Icelandic small plates meal. I need to go back some day, maybe winter next time.
