I had today off, so went to the gym for my workout instead of home. They didn't have my size kettlebell, so I went up 5lbs with 1 fewer rep. 20 minutes of snatches plus some spin bike ✅️ It felt good. I might be a little sore but pleased how good the heavier weight felt.
