Which schema rule broke, and what changed in the prompt? A redacted before/after example with the same input would be useful. I would keep that case in the regression set and track schema failures separately from wrong-but-valid values.

Did any test exercise the retry path, or did the suite stay green without ever hitting it? If it's the second, a test that fails when the retry branch is removed would catch this next time.
