I keep seeing trans guys on Instagram insist on the "male socialization" language, and that they dont have male privilege... and for real, those TERFs have dug their nails deep into that community somehow. It's sad! My trans brothers deserve better!

I will be happy to call someone who claims to think cis is a slur something else just as soon as they offer a genuine alternative. You prefer homogendered? It seems a bit clunky, but I'll do my best to remember. But oddly enough, they never seem to want an honest, non-judgemental alternative.

I was on tumblr back in the day. Nobody used cis as an insult but transphobes got offended by it anyway. They would say stuff like “why not just call us normal”
