Whatever could be the reason so many guys lost their minds over a commander not sharing the details of a plan with *her* subordinates? Truly, a mystery. We will never know why.
Show PostI love BlueSky dot Web, the website for people who love to respond to any and all statements about broad statistical data regarding the distribution of outcomes with “but I only experienced one of these outcomes!”
Show PostIt’s super effective that Freed doesn’t just reject it, he actively has Yrica, an ex-imperial, be the one taking the lead to reject it because she *knows* you can’t just disappear and wipe all those atrocities out
Show PostThis is generally one of the things the new canon gets better than the Legends continuity. Insofar as support for the Empire is treated as a "difference in political opinion," the difference is "I like democracy" vs. "democracy is a tool of the weak and the galaxy needs a strong autocrat."
Show PostYeah, the “Noble Imperial” trope is one that the new canon has very actively subverted, it’s a huge strength IMO.
