Oh Hi Gareth. I presume you are a Thetford resident? Sadly, I can say I am and live 0.2m from where this took place. It is no place and the 'legitimate concerns' is not shared by 99% of the local population. It is always the small minority of thugs and racists. Knowing someone who lives a few 1/2
