After this discussion, I had so many thoughts about how everything you try in business is a bet (which requires effort). Also clear: we don't get unlimited bets! (Because we don't have unlimited resources) "Will this effort produce an ROI that's commensurate with the risk I'm taking?"

Happy to share I signed a $15k contract with a new client. Moreover, this is using my new, higher consulting rate 🚀 I visualized being successful at it, and it happened. I think this really help bring success - if you believe it will happen, it's more likely to happen! 💪

Today I finally tried wood finish samplers graciously provided by Rubio Monocoat (not a promo!) I dunno why it took me so long 🙈 You can see how messy I started (to the left), and how nice Pure coat looks on pine (to the right). I think I'll go with it for my DIY NAS & PC table 💪
