Once the drugs set in, Erika stabbed him and clubbed him. Then Erika dragged him into the woods—leaving a blood trail behind them. Then Erika used that same knife to cut off his genitals. Then Erika set his body on fire. Erika was charged with murder and spent 1 year in jail awaiting trial. 2/4

At trial, the jury found Erika NOT GUILTY by reason of self-defense of her 11-year-old daughter. Prosecution argued premeditation. Jury dropped all charges anyway. The judge agreed. Erika is again free woman, and her daughter is now permanently safe from the man who attempted to rape her. 3/4
