All my ad settings are turned off on the EA site, but I still get pack ads in The Sims 4 menus wanting me to purchase packs that I already have.

I had the "black sim" bug on xbox. I actually fixed it thanks to you,Crin. I found your post about Tattoo's from a few years ago, and removed them. The bug was fixed after that (at least for the sims). Thanks for the fix:)
