I think the reason I wasn't selected was because of appearance, not my watering abilities. I had long honey blonde hair that was permed and it looked like a lion's mane. My hair was a guy magnet. The woman who would have been my supervisor noticed men checking me out. Oh well!

I was fired without actually having the job. It was a job watering and maintaining plants in office buildings. I was told I needed to do a trial day to see how I performed. Was told the next day I wasn't selected. I wasn't paid for the 8 hours I worked. How do you fail watering frikkin plants?
