Reading the press release is like watching a stage magician from the nosebleed seats. There's nothing reassuring about it. How could there be. The US never even *approached* democratizing access to mental healthcare. The neglect is a generational failure. The consequences are [obviously] everywhere.

I mean, going by judgement and common sense, "User" means "user" which doesn't map 1::1 to "person" but tends to be pretty close. If they wanted to say "uses" they would have used the industry standard term "Sessions" instead, and that statistic would be less clear and possibly worse.

Hey, so this went through proper human subjects protection? IRB approval and informed consent and all that jazz? Probably not? Hmmm.... Also, who the "physicians and psychologists" mentioned here? Are the licensed? Where is this based out of?
