Great framework, Mikael. To add a 5th: **State.** Where does the data live between steps? If you don't track the "in-progress" status, debugging hidden failures becomes a nightmare. Spot on.
Show PostSpot on. Most people rush to pick a stack before defining the logic. This "input-output" first approach prevents the spaghetti-code mess later. Adding "state management" is the next level. Nice work.
