I really enjoy when shows turn the MCs into secondary characters, or even part of the setting for an episode, and let a side character take the lead to get a specific angle on a story, and this shows done it a could times

I feel like they really blew their load early on escalating how wanted the boys were. They stepped it up like three times in season 2 it feels like they should really have saved that because you can't really put it back in the box.
