Brilliant day at Spurn, started with alot of Woodcock, I had 8, then a lifer with a Black-faced Bunting (thanks to Karen Jayne for photo). Followed that with1 of 2 Isabelline Wheatear. As these took most of the day the other rarities will hopefully still be here tomorrow.

Few prizes on offer on Holy Island today, notables were 3 Meally Redpoll, Lapland and Snow Bunting with at least 7 Chiff, Blackcap, Lesser Whitethroat and 2 Goldcrest plus small numbers of Blackbird, Redwing, Fieldfare and Brambling #UKbirding
