Today I learned that apparently the only thing you need to know to give someone the correct care is their "biological sex". A 12 year old boy with a broken ankle and an 80 year old man with a brain tumour both get the same designated male medicine, so it doesn't matter if you mix them up.

Today is World Menopause Day. We recognise that menopause affects a diverse range of people, including all women, transgender men, non-binary and intersex individuals. We are champions of inclusive healthcare and support the reproductive and hormonal experiences of everyone in the community.

As a philosophical belief, I believe that anyone asserting they have a philosophical belief that they "do not believe in transgender or gender identities" does not, in fact, have that non-belief & is instead a bigot & truly quite dumb. I shall express this in the workplace only in appropriate ways.
