If you want to argue that blocking things is a legitimate form of civil disobedience, have at it and I'm not going to disagree, but claiming that you've got a first amendment free speech right to block things is a whole lot shakier ground.

For the season 2025/26, SE has reported 275 deaths with covid-19 as underlying cause, and 657 with influenza. Maybe the ratio [excess mortality]/[underlying cause] is not much larger for influenza than for covid anymore (influenza testing has expanded, and stayed higher than before 2020).
