That is a difficult question to answer. I have been late diagnosed with ADHD and my wife has mobility issues stemming from Parkinson's and Spinal stenosis. As soon as my functionality begins to break down, I have to remind myself that I have obligations to fulfill. So I find a way to keep moving.
