So we have a new arrival to the house later. One of the vets has hand reared 6 kittens & we are rehoming the runt of the litter. Her name is Pauline. Hopefully get her settled quickly with the other 2 cats we have including the one we rescued this time last yr The dickhead dog will just want to play

Insufficient warm up, hydration on the low side, walking / running in wrong footwear, a fat arse 😂😂😂 maybe have a drink with electrolytes in whilst working out. I use fresh lime juice in water at the pool. This stops lactic acid building
