I keep writing Gloomhaven whenever I'm talking about it - I swear I'll never untangle that from my brain. What an incredible surprise Grimhaven was though; a really nice calibrated boss battle, great turn-on-turn engine building and a huge number of options / levers. I'm very impressed!
Show PostAnd thank you for your reference card for Gloomcoven - instantly spotted a rule I'd forgotten (to level up the boss before the final attack card!) - which given my main gripe was "the final attack can be anticlimactic" was a great rule to relearn!!

No worries— I totally understand! Thanks for putting the guide together— it’s really helpful!

Enjoyed this video - and the honest confession of maybe throwing away early versions of the game. I feel your pain for loosing the collectibles but you had the happy disposition anyway, kudos for that.
