And then she had to have cataract surgery bc while high doses of prednisone definitely helped her symptoms, it caused cataracts. Then there was the time she had a bad reaction to a medication while she was at school and had *another* ambulance ride. This shit is fucked. It needs to change.
Show PostShe had additional coverage from my ex husband. The bill was still super fucking high. And that’s not even including the ambulance bill (she was transferred from the ER we took her to to a children’s hospital). And the months of infusion treatments.
