Unless this settlement is in the trillion dollar range, it's meaningless. Billionaires learn nothing from fines and settlements. It's chump change to them. Fines and most settlements only punish the poor.

That sure seemed like crime at the time and it still does. How is there a settlement? If they said “plea deal” then I might get it, but this “law applies to thee, but since I got that money, not for me” bullshit is out of control.
