Spent hours today searching drug plans because I got a notice the plan I've been on will no longer be available in my area. Finally landed on one that will cost me more per month and does not cover one of my mental health meds. This is the best deal I could get. Universal Healthcare Now!!!

I dedicate this sunset to an old twitter mutual of mine, Brennan, who I found out passed away. Fuck cancer. I am rarely on here these days, but those friends during the pandemic (you know who you are) really were an anchor in stormy waters. His memory will always be a blessing.

It is so weird. And like, social workers get held up as *the standard* for therapy but I did internship with a social work intern who had had SO MUCH LESS training in *counseling* (tons in more systemic stuff, social work, etc). And my LMFT folks are TRAINED, like hard core.
