But I guess that's the thing with open world games nowadays. The only thing they're good for is the open world exploration/sandbox aspects. It's a fatigue that extends across the genre by this point.

They reinvented everything poorly for no reason, knowing that a slightly fine-tuned 5 would've done the job. Hell of a shame too because the location & vibes are spot on. Doesn't get much more ridiculous than collecting roosters to fight within a Caribbean-inspired, dictator-ran location.

They didn't even launch with the usual map creator stuff which would've probably given the game some more life, but with 6 as the base it would've only been a bandaid fix for the short term.
