I saw a video where someone was working on a port of doom (an open source game) over to the slavedriver engine (an open source engine) for an improved "what if" port of doom to the saturn, and it genuinely looked really awesome, only to be notified that is ai vibecoded poop from the but, I'm tired.
Show PostI'm genuinely not excited for ports or homebrew projects anymore because I know its all just ai vibecoded slop now. Not only have recomps been tarnished with that crap, but everything else in the community as well, its just fucking everywhere & nobody wants to do anything about it cuz "muh rezultz".
