Re-professionalizing and de-politicizing DoD will be crucial. And doable, as this thread with specifics shows. Add Thiel-Palantir to Musk-SpaceX and Luckey-Anduril review. Courts martial for boat bombings. Problem is, it’ll take political will, and there’s at least two more years of damage to go.
