This is really pushing it as an appetizer bc you could eat it for dinner, but the Soul Roll at Black Dragon in West Philly is unbelievable. Unfortunately, Soul Food / Chinese fusion is exactly as popular as you’d expect so actually getting them is a little adventure.

The food is amazing but I think they were a little overwhelmed by how popular they are. If you can get there on a weekday afternoon it’s probably your best bet. I do think they’re getting better at keeping up with demand, when they opened it was real crazy & weekends are insane.
