I learned how to live alone and it doesn't scare me now. But if that's what I do, I'm keeping my heart close and anyone in the future has to really prove their worth me being vulnerable. Hard lessons learned here in my 40s.
Show PostAfter the 15 year marriage collapsed, I had to learn to live alone. Damn near killed me. Then falling in love with an old high school crush and having everything seem perfect for months to just end abruptly... it was a shock. But far better tonight than I was when the marriage ended.
