This is a standard clause that is necessary to operate any web service and is present in the ToS of every web service. The AI training clause is clearly for post-training in-house auto-moderation and security models. It's all standard language. synecdochic.dreamwidth.org/786741.html

It looks expansive, because every time there's a court case anywhere in the world that ends up ruling that any site's rights grant clause wasn't explicit enough and a specific use was not covered by it, every company adds more explicit language to theirs to cover that specific use.
