This is a tough one as a PCP, a lot of times when I see pts asking for abx they’re miserable & often I feel our recs in borderline cases is tough it out with OTCs Abx stewardship is absolutely important but that rate of symptom misrepresentation is a sign of strained trust in healthcare providers
