One of Russia's largest oil refineries was reportedly attacked - the LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region. The refinery processes around 17 million tonnes of oil annually (~340,000 barrels per day), making it Russia's fourth-largest by processing capacity.

Kstovo is among the biggest, and the queues in Nizhny Novgorod are the part Moscow can't spin. Refining capacity turns crude into diesel and export cash, so every offline unit is money missing from the defense budget.
