Seems to vary wildly depending on where you are and where one of their vans is for all services, but the one time in the last few years I've had to call out the AA (fuel leak on the Peugeot after collecting it in Northampton), it only took them maybe 45 minutes.

I've been with Greenflag in the past, and they are very good. I'm currently with Mini Assist for my Mini Cooper SE, but otherwise I'd go with Greenflag.
