whew at the last conferences I co-chaired disability studies in person - 2019 - there was a grad student who wanted to look at Keller Truthers in her dissertation & I hope she pointed the advisor who said “no, it’s too arcane” to TikTok every single day after the conspiracies caught fire.

I just started reading Dear Blind Lady and it's great! I was just thinking about phrasing I use when on rare occasions I think someone really might need help: "are you good/have you got it? or do you need a hand/help?" I ask in this order because it positions people being capable as the default.
