Story time: Idaho passed a parental rights bill similar to this. What has happened since is a tragedy. The amount of transgender and LGBTQ kids aged 11-17 that I interact with when they flee to Washington from Idaho is astronomical. They are either kicked out and homeless or fleeing parental abuse.

All 3 initiatives are awful, but the "parents rights" one really is the most chilling. So often, the only place children in abusive homes can go and confidentially ask for help and counseling is at school. This initiative would force schools to notify parents if their child reported anything.
