Fellow California voters: if you are in favor of the billionaire tax you *must* vote YES on 40 *and* NO on 41 *and* NO on 42. Simply voting yes on 40 isn't enough because it can be nullified by yes votes on 41 or 42. See page 55 of the official voter information guide for details
