When I was a pre-teen, Sky One used to show ST:TNG twice a day, at 5pm and then repeated at 10PM. I watched both of them every day. Spending two hours a day in Captain Picard’s company at that age, along with all the Pratchett I started reading around that time, is a big chunk of who I am now

Across the world billionaires are investing massively in land, it's awful for biodiversity, small farmers can't compete or expand at all, access to land increasingly restricted, and food security is far from a priority. I do see land as a really urgent thing we need to get control of as a society.
