I didn’t know James was a fellow AuDHD, this makes even more sense now. I bet his Rejection Sensitivity was off the charts. We need more awareness on autism and the difficulty and/or inability to lie (or is that just me?) He’s done way better than I would, I find keeping secrets physically painful

I don’t know James Acaster or what goes on in his head and I haven’t seen the episode yet, but he’d hardly be the first autistic person who thought they were falling on their own sword and got completely misread and picked apart in the process.
