It is, actually! It translates to “FLOOR SANDER RENTAL”, but a (very) literal translation would be “Foot-Floor Grinding-Machines Rental” FUSS - Foot BODEN - Floor SCHLEIF - Grinding MASCHINEN - Machines VERLEIH - Rental The German language makes compound words by tacking words together like this
