Apparently now Proton’s C-level is in full-on AI Psychosis which is destroying morale, corrupting their one major value prop and ensuring they underperform on growth targets. Truly amazing stuff.

11% of Microsoft’s quarterly revenue was OpenAI! It appears what I have always thought may happen: the regular businesses slow and atrophy, and people will only realize it’s a problem when the AI labs stop plugging the gaps.

I will say that it’s interesting how the only part of its earnings that Google didn’t miss on was Cloud - where I estimate 20%-22% of Anthropic’s revenue directly flows (through google’s sales through Vertex of ant models, AWS/GCP does 48% of Anthropic’s business) plus its compute spend, billions!
