↑ ICYMI/context: ¹ Monday's post below. while i'm still relieved, there were issues w/MyChart (derogatory) that delayed my new Rx being submitted 'til Wed. when i got home from picking up my meds (Fri.), the script was for the wrong quantity of my new dosage. 🙃 i contacted pharmacy & provider. ↓

i'm sleeping pretty well so far tonight, despite being awake now and at least one bad dream/nightmare that i don't remember (but have data indicating). more “oh, thank fuck!” news, i suppose.¹ 😮‍💨 this seems an early sign that the med adjustments are helpining. Tigger's tail is getting sore.² 🐯 ↓
