mainly just being kind of derisive about anyone who says “this is meant to make you feel bad” or “this is meant to open you up to a new presentation of sexuality”. like is that a challenge? make me feel ANYTHING

i dont think having a new take on the world is necessary to make good art by any means but there is often an air of people being so insulated within their own reality that they can’t imagine that someone might have said that before
